What makes you a good fit
- Degree in polymer science, material science, chemistry or chemical engineering is required
- Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, or Master's/PhD with 0-3 years of experienceis required
- Solid knowledge of organic chemistry and/or polymer science with an understanding of the relationship between chemical structure and physical properties is required
- Prior knowledge of adhesive technology and formulating is a benefit
- Prior industrial experience is a benefit
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team working spirit and proven ability to influence others
- Knowledge of or prior experience with emulsion polymerization

The salary for this role is 75,000.00-$100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
