- Relevant experience managing and leading consumer quantitative product studies (Master equivalent and minimum 8 years experience in similar position) – incl. proposing and designing ad hoc researches to answer business needs
- Strong statistical skills to analyze data and/or diagnose which statistics to apply and challenge agencies if necessary.
- Experience in sensory research would be a bonus
- Strong collaboration skills to decode results with internal stakeholders (R&D)
- Excellent communication skills to explain results and drive user centricity mindset
- Fluent English skills/ German is a plus
