About this Position

This role is responsible for providing market-driven insights and price forecasts on raw materials to support financial and procurement strategies, driving risk management initiatives, and enhancing digital tools for data-driven decision-making. 

What you´ll do 

  • Develop actionable gross market price forecasts to support financial processes, including the Monthly Rolling Forecast.
  • Partner with Procurement, Corporate Functions, and Business Units to align market intelligence with business strategies.
  • Support Risk Management Strategies by providing market insights, benchmarking, and facilitating trading simulations.
  • Serve as a key liaison with external consultants and experts, bringing strategic insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage business intelligence tools and databases for Procurement and Finance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional digitalization projects to enhance tools, systems, and processes.

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or Business Management/Finance
  • 5–10 years of experience in Controlling or Strategy, preferably in FMCG companies
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and negotiation skills with a proactive and open-minded approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. 
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong critical thinking skills to challenge assumptions and drive improvements. 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
