What you´ll do

主な担当業務:

  • ヘンケルコンシューマーブランド(資生堂プロフェッショナルブランド製品群を含む)が日本国内で製造・販売するヘア製品において、原料廃盤や規制変更による処方変更プロジェクト、および処方コスト低減プロジェクトにおいて、処方改良・原料代替と安定性試験の実施・関係各所への報告を担当する。また改良した処方および採用した原料等の諸情報の社内システムへの登録、製造拠点で必要になる書類の作成を行い、製造拠点担当者および製造委託先担当者への連絡を行う

主なStakeholders(主に協働する部署、担当者)

  • 研究開発(上司、各製品カテゴリーのマネジャー、同僚の研究員、製品ライフサイクル管理部門)、薬事担当者、サプライチェーンマネジメント(新製品、改良品導入担当者、製造計画マネジャー)、
    原料購買担当者、マーケティング(マネジャー、および担当者)原料メーカー担当者、製造委託先担当者

  • 海外との関わり合い/英語の使用頻度
  • 社内で使用するシステムのインターフェースは英語
  • 海外で製造される製品が責任範囲に含まれるため、海外の製造拠点とのやりとりは英語。メールが主だが電話会議もある。
  • 製品ライフサイクル管理部門は海外にあるため、同部門とのやりとりは英語。主にメールでやりとりを行う

What makes you a good fit

  • 5年程度のヘア製品(シャンプーやトリートメント、ヘアカラー等)あるいはパーソナルケア製品の処方開発経験
  • 化粧品や医学部外品に関する関連法規に関する基礎知識
  • 業務遂行に社内外の多様なステークホルダーとの密なコミュニケーションが必要なため、積極的かつ綿密にコミュニケーションをとれるスキル
  • 化学系、生物学系の学士以上の学歴
  • 日本語のスキルは必須。英語での業務経験はプラス
