About this position
What you´ll do
- Provide objective information to ensure a systematic control and strict monitoring of planned R&D objectives
- Drive and support R&D by assisting R&D leadership to take best informed decisions, communicate and present pro-actively Controlling topics to R&D leadership
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for R&D projects
- Ensure proper portfolio management, track KPIs, drive ROI assessments, provide in-depth analysis incl. suggestions on improvement levers
- Drive process improvements and automation within R&D Controlling workflows
What makes you a good fit
- Top class university degree with major in a business-related field, with a preference for a focus in Finance / Controlling
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a focus on R&D or project Controlling
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills, familiarity with BI tools is expected, SAP is a plus
- Collaborative personality with distinct “can do” attitude and willingness to achieve paired with excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Proactivity, ability to work cross-functionally and present financial data to non-finance stakeholders
- Very good English language skills, preferrable international experience during education or professional life
