  • 支持 AEI 部门大客户经理的培训与发展(KAMs),
  • 商业团队合作,使AE活动与业务战略保持一致,
  • 确保所有优先的需要AE参与的ACE项目获得最佳支持。 

您的主要工作内容

  • 推动培训与发展(T&D)及ACE项目,确保为T&D客户提供充足且有力的技术支持,持续提升项目成功率。
  • 推动T&D创新及ADP项目,打造行业领先的实验室测试和应用能力,借鉴其他地区、其他业务单位(SBU)及供应商的能力和专业知识。
  • 为T&D关键客户(KA)提供高水平支持,包括创新、解决方案交付、价值量化,拜访重点T&D客户并参加公开研讨会,收集最新客户和市场需求,支持市场部和商务发展经理(BDM)制定汉高战略和路线图。
  • 与区域及全球T&D应用工程师(AE)及产品开发(PD)团队协作,借鉴跨区域最佳实践,深入研究太阳能技术开发中的主要挑战。
  • 与销售、产品开发、商务发展经理、市场等关键利益相关者合作。
  • 秉承汉高领导力承诺,打造一支高绩效的中国AE团队。

职位要求

  • 2年及以上相关工作经验。
  • 具备胶粘剂及热材料知识。
  • 能够就资源分配、人员发展、测试能力及技术事项进行决策。
  • 与不同职能部门协作。
  • 团队管理能力。
