This role offers 12-hour shifts with the potential for overtime, as needed. The individual selected for this role will be assigned to Shift 24 (Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Alternating Wednesdays from 6:45AM to 7PM).

The Material Coordinator is responsible for receiving, cycle counting, and managing all storage and movement of semi-finished goods and labels.
- Review production schedule daily, create transfer orders for all required materials required for production orders within 72 hours, and make necessary changes, as notified.
- Review and close STOs daily.
- Follow plant 5S standards for staging areas.
- Utilize SAP to verify (via the bill of materials) all semi-finished goods and components needed for production.
- Physically verify/count quantities.
- Place orders with storage warehouse.
- Send escalations as needed.
- Lead batch board meetings and provide notification of shortages within a 24-hour period.
- Communicate any potential material outages and work with planning team on delivery status.
- Complete inventory cycle counts required by inventory control team.
- Receive materials systematically through SAP.
- Unload trailers, conduct blind counts, and stage pallets in warehouse, as needed.
- Manage spreadsheets tracking sheets for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Communicate loads with storage warehouse via SharePoint.
- Operate PIT.
- Other duties, as assigned.
What makes you a good fit
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Must have a strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices.
- Must be able to complete internal Forklift certification within prescribed time frame.
- Must have basic to intermediate computer and math skills.
- Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences, including active listening, clear presentation skills, and the capacity to provide and receive feedback at all levels of the organization.
- Must have good time-management and organizational skills.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to problem solve.
- Must be able to adapt and pivot to changing priorities in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

There is a $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for this role. The hourly range for this role is $22.42 - $27.40. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
