What you´ll do

We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated, team-oriented, problem-solving Warehouse Team Manager to lead our Warehouse. The Warehouse Team Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material flow to production lines, managing forklift drivers, and ensuring the timely movement of materials and goods. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a seamless connection between production and warehouse functions. This person will also oversee the management of finished goods output, inventory control, and warehouse safety procedures to optimize productivity and meet company goals.

  • Supervise and lead a team of forklift drivers and warehouse staff to ensure efficient material handling and timely movement of goods to and from production lines.
  • Coordinate and monitor the flow of materials and finished products to ensure continuous production line operations.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by overseeing the storage, tracking, and organization of materials and goods.
  • Collaborate with IC team on completion of monthly cycle counts and reviewing daily COGI errors.
  • Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring materials are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse operations and increase efficiency.
  • Train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff on best practices, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of warehouse activities, including inventory, production output, and employee performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, minimizing risks and ensuring operational efficiency.

What makes you a good fit

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, with a high-level knowledge of warehouse system product flow, recordkeeping, and the management of forklift operators.
  • Must have a strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
  • Must have the ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Must have a strong commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Must have knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
  • Must be proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite products to include Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A forklift certification is preferred.
  • Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences, including active listening, clear presentation skills, and the capacity to provide feedback.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and improve trusting relationships.
  • Must have strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Must be able to pivot and adapt to a rapidly changing environment in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

There is a $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for this role. The salary for this role is $58,100.00- $102,900.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
