TU FUNCIÓN
- Optimización de todos los servicios de facilities en Colombia y Perú
- Gestión de un equipo multidisciplinario, fomentando un entorno laboral que potencie la productividad y el bienestar
- Supervisar las relaciones con proveedores clave y asegurar el uso eficiente de Capex y Opex en los paises a cargo
- Impulsar y realizar seguimientos en proyectos de Real Estate y establecer métricas avanzadas de rendimiento para evaluar y mejorar continuamente los servicios
- Garantizar la transparencia de costos en los edificios, supervisando los servicios de instalaciones y actuando como punto de contacto clave con proveedores, optimizando el uso del presupuesto anual
- Liderar reuniones periódicas con el equipo de facilities para identificar oportunidades de mejora y resolver problemas, manteniendo una comunicación a su vez con los principales stakeholders
- Realizar visitas regulares a las ubicaciones para asegurar el seguimiento de los requisitos específicos con las partes interesadas y asegurar un alto nivel de servicio de proveedores bajo su alcance
- Garantizar la operatividad de academias, edificios administrativos y servicios de comedor,mediante la aplicación de planes de mantenimiento y el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y salud
- Liderar proyectos de inversión relacionados con los edificios ,dentro del alcance del área

- Pregrado
- Inglés avanzado conversacional
- Conocimientos en temas de infraestructura, administración, seguridad y sostenibilidad
- 5 años mínimo de experiencia en posición similar
- Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office
- Conocimiento de SAP
- Deseable experiencia con gente a su cargo
