What you´ll do
- Independently manage your own market research projects from scoping to final presentation, with close support from the team
- Contribute to global market research studies (qualitative and quantitative) from concept testing to packaging design research and consumer usage studies
- Determine the best qualitative and quantitative methods, e.g. focus groups, packaging design tests and conjoint analysis, to develop market research plans for the marketing teams
- Monitor global market performance and consumer behaviour using multiple data sources, spotting emerging trends and opportunities
- Translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for marketing, product innovation and communication
- Collaborate cross-functionally with international marketing, R&D, and strategy teams, as well as external research partners
- Prepare reports, presentations and insight dashboards for senior management and global brand teams
- Conduct meta-analyses and deep-dives into consumer usage & attitudes to inform strategic decision-making
What makes you a good fit
- Student (d/f/m) in market research, marketing, business, (business) psychology or related fields
- First practical or international experience, e.g. through internships or study abroad
- Interest in market research, consumer behaviour and the beauty industry
- Fluent in written and spoked English language
- Strong analytical skills combined with curiosity to understand consumers beyond the numbers
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint with ability to visualize data and tell a story with insights
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, proactive and creative mindset
- Enjoy working in cross-functional, international teams and contributing your own ideas
- Availability as of August or September for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
