About this Position

The Product Information Management (PIM) Coordinator for Henkel Adhesive Technologies will be an important part of a team working on product data displayed on our customer facing channels and B2B eshop serving both Industrials as well as Consumers and Professionals business.

What you´ll do

  • Improving Product Data Across Systems: Support teams in organizing and refining product information to ensure it is accurate, complete, and ready for use in our central product system.
  • Product Setup and Updates: Review product details provided by different teams and handle updates either through bulk uploads or manual entries in the product management tool.
  • Correcting and Cleaning Data: Identify inaccurate or outdated product information, coordinate necessary corrections with responsible teams, follow up as needed, and monitor progress until completion.
  • Managing Product Availability: Assist with activating or deactivating products across various sales channels such as websites or digital platforms.
  • Collaborating Internationally: Work closely with colleagues from different countries and departments to ensure product data is consistent and aligned globally.
  • Driving Global Consistency: Contribute to the success of a single product system that supports all regions, languages, and digital platforms.
  • Building Knowledge Across Teams: Help colleagues better understand the product system and related tools, enabling them to provide high-quality product content.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Use your understanding of how systems work together to identify root causes of issues and support their resolution efficiently.

What makes you a good fit

  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential for clear communication across teams.
  • A solid understanding of product data is required; familiarity with managing product content on websites or online shops is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are a must. Experience working in Agile environments or with DevOps tools is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical personality, with a proactive mindset and a strong focus on data and problem solving.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, while coordinating effectively with both business and functional teams.
  • Works well independently and thrives in a team environment through effective collaboration and communication.

Minimum salary: 1600 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
