What you´ll do
- Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment cycle for 2026 internships, from sourcing to hiring, for roles in Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and more.
- Career Events: Passionate about event coordination & connecting with young talent? Join us in organizing engaging university events in the Netherlands (includes workshops, career fairs, business cases and in-house days!)
- Craft our Employer Brand: Step into the spotlight and help shape Henkel’s identity! Lead dynamic initiatives like Monthly Intern Gatherings, Job Shadowing, and Hiring Manager sessions to make our workplace irresistible.
- Diversity & Inclusion Initiative: Passionate about creating a culture where everyone belongs? Join forces with our HR team to drive impactful DE&I projects that truly make a difference.
- HR Ambassador for Interns: Be the heartbeat of our intern community! Spark connections, boost engagement, and champion an unforgettable intern experience.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's or Master's Student or Fresh Graduate (3 months max.) in Business Administration, Economics, Human
- Resource Management or related (HBO/WO).
- Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken), Dutch preferred but not necessary.
- Great attention to details.
- Excellent communication and planning skills.
- Interest to learn more about Human Resources, especially Recruitment & Employer Branding.
- Weekly travel to the Amsterdam and Utrecht Offices (1 day in each).
- Looking forward to collaborating with international colleagues within the Benelux Region.
- Available full-time for 6 months starting in January 2026.
