What you´ll do
- Join the Innovation Strategy and Project Management Team in Henkel Adhesive Technologies and directly influence our approach to groundbreaking ideas
- Take ownership of diverse projects, from technical networks and culture initiatives to scientific events and new business opportunities
- Conduct impactful research, optimize project tracking, and refine our tools, always pursuing excellence
- Play a key role in preparing and executing high-level management meetings
- Respond to dynamic, ad-hoc requests from top management, showcasing your adaptability and problem-solving skills
What makes you a good fit
- You are a student, who has successfully passed first semesters in business and optimally technical-related studies, e. g. international management, economics, business administration, chemical engineering, organizational psychology or similar would help you to onboard
- You have already gained some practical experience in project management, consultancy or communication via former internships
- We communicate in English, and trust that fluent English language skills are something you already have
- You have a firm knowledge in MS office applications, especially very good PowerPoint and Excel skills
- You like to act entrepreneurial and have a hands-on-mentality
- You are highly-motivated, reliable, accountable, and passionate about what you are doing, and work in a cooperative and responsible way
- If you are available from February/March 2026 for six months at headquarters in Düsseldorf, Germany, we would be very happy to get to know you

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
