What you´ll do

  • Support the Transformation team in developing new upskilling initiatives for all dx and Biz, especially Agile, Microsoft Cloud, Adobe, SAP, AI, DEI
  • Take ownership of specific projects in collaboration with senior project managers and contribute to initiatives supporting cultural transformation
  • Use new ways of working within the Henkel dx department to support diverse training formats, e.g. Design Thinking, Agile Fundamentals, Scrum Master
  • Preparation of and participation/support in ideation and agile simulation workshops with employees
  • Support community management and communication for internal communities of practice
  • Cooperate with other departments and partners to keep our internal Agile Wiki and the DEI Community up-to-date
  • Assist in administrative tasks for training organisation

What makes you a good fit

  • (Master)-student who has successfully passed first semesters of studies in the field of digital business, software engineering or innovation and entrepreneurship, also possible UX-design, psychology, service design, design thinking or another relevant program
  • Practical experience (e.g. internships) in startups, digital roles and consulting are beneficial
  • Fluent English language skills required, German and other languages are advantageous
  • Ability to timely gather, visualize and curate data-driven findings in a condensed and precise manner, e.g., in PowerPoint
  • A passion for human-centered design as a means to problem-solving
  • Self-motivated and creative team-player with an ability to challenge the status quo
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Preferred start: Feb 2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
