您的主要工作内容
- 维护工厂设备台账，计量器具校准，年度PM计划更新。
- 数据分析和现场勘查确定根本原因（如程序逻辑错误或设备老化），并制定改进措施以防止重复发生。
- 跟踪化工设备领域新技术（PI系统如智能运维、节能设备），提出设备升级或改进建议，降低能耗与运维成本。
- 完成新设备的安装、调试和验收工作、包括进度跟踪、资源协调、以及WI文件编写。
- 改造评估，对设备升级评估可行性，并落实执行。
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历，化工机械、过程装备与控制工程、电气工程及其自动化、热能与动力工程等相关专业；
- 3 年及以上化工厂设备管理 / 维护相关工作经验，有 AGV 系统运维、高压设备管理、VOC 治理系统经验者优先。
- AGV 调度系统：熟悉 AGV 调度、交通管制、自动充电功能及接口管理，掌握主流 AGV 导航原理；具备动线合理性评估能力，了解 AGV 与 WMS/MES 系统交互逻辑，能独立制定 PM 计划。
- 设计与审图：精通 AutoCAD 绘图、Solidworks 建模，能独立完成化工设备图纸审核，熟练判断图纸规范性、干涉问题、尺寸链及制造工艺可行性。
- 公用工程：掌握暖通系统、VOC 治理系统负荷计算方法，熟悉压缩空气系统工作原理与运维要点，了解化工环保法规（如 VOC 排放、固废处理）。
- 具备较强安全意识，熟悉《化工企业安全生产标准化基本规范》（AQ/T 3013）及化工厂设备安全操作流程。
- 有问题分析与解决能力，能快速响应设备故障，协调内外部资源处理。

Yes, please. As Henkel is an international company you will be working with colleagues from all over the world and English is our official company language. Generally, the ‘rule’ is: please write the application in the same language as the job ad.
