您的主要工作内容

  • 维护工厂设备台账,计量器具校准,年度PM计划更新。
  • 数据分析和现场勘查确定根本原因(如程序逻辑错误或设备老化),并制定改进措施以防止重复发生。
  • 跟踪化工设备领域新技术(PI系统如智能运维、节能设备),提出设备升级或改进建议,降低能耗与运维成本。
  • 完成新设备的安装、调试和验收工作、包括进度跟踪、资源协调、以及WI文件编写。
  • 改造评估,对设备升级评估可行性,并落实执行。

职位要求

  • 本科及以上学历,化工机械、过程装备与控制工程、电气工程及其自动化、热能与动力工程等相关专业;
  • 3 年及以上化工厂设备管理 / 维护相关工作经验,有 AGV 系统运维、高压设备管理、VOC 治理系统经验者优先。
  • AGV 调度系统:熟悉 AGV 调度、交通管制、自动充电功能及接口管理,掌握主流 AGV 导航原理;具备动线合理性评估能力,了解 AGV 与 WMS/MES 系统交互逻辑,能独立制定 PM 计划。
  • 设计与审图:精通 AutoCAD 绘图、Solidworks 建模,能独立完成化工设备图纸审核,熟练判断图纸规范性、干涉问题、尺寸链及制造工艺可行性。
  • 公用工程:掌握暖通系统、VOC 治理系统负荷计算方法,熟悉压缩空气系统工作原理与运维要点,了解化工环保法规(如 VOC 排放、固废处理)。
  • 具备较强安全意识,熟悉《化工企业安全生产标准化基本规范》(AQ/T 3013)及化工厂设备安全操作流程。
  • 有问题分析与解决能力,能快速响应设备故障,协调内外部资源处理。
