About this Position

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy within your area of responsibility, ensuring strong commercial performance and sustainable business growth. You will lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve excellence while fostering strong partnerships with key accounts and salon owners.

What you´ll do

  • Designing and implementing strategic action plans to drive sales, distribution, and brand growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with major accounts, negotiating and executing business agreements.
  • Monitoring sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
  • Coaching and developing the sales team, coordinating training and educational initiatives in collaboration with the PPS team and TAs.
  • Aligning and coordinating activities across channels and key interfaces, while ensuring smooth execution of administrative processes.
  • Managing the local digital footprint and guiding educators and sales representatives on effective implementation.
  • Planning and conducting strategic meetings with salon owners and key partners to present business-building opportunities.
  • Leveraging marketing tools and resources to design impactful sell-through strategies for customers.
  • Partnering with Market Development Managers to drive new business opportunities and secure long-term growth.
  • Evaluating inventory levels, overseeing incentive programs, and nurturing talent development within the team.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 5 years of experience into Sales
  • Should have a Graduate degree in any stream
