#WorldCleanupDay unites millions of volunteers and organizations to tackle the global waste crisis. 🌍 And our colleagues are contributing around the world and throughout the year! 👏   ➡️ In Greece, in order to “Save our Hood”, you could find our colleagues cleaning up waste around Grecian shorelines.   ➡️ In Serbia, we have organized 5 clean up events this year – both on land and under water – and removed over 2.4 tonnes of waste from the environment under the motto “I love the river, you too?”   ➡️ In France, 20 colleagues gathered, and on average picked up 1kg of trash per person!   ➡️ In the UK, 12 colleagues walked the former railway “Nickey Line”, gathering over 8 rubbish bags of waste.   ➡️ In South Korea, Henkelaner walked the Han River Park in Seoul, picking up waste along the way.   ➡️ In Germany, closer to our home base, colleagues cleaned up trash along one of Europe’s most important rivers, the Rhein.   ➡️ In Vietnam, 10 Henkelaner picked up 75 kg of trash on Ho Coc beach in Vung Tau.   …and there are many more activities around the world, and more to come!   Where have you participated this year? Education for all 📖 Henkel South Africa marked the expansion of its #Tamaho Early Learning & Development Center! 🙌🎉 Since 2007, the Tamaho Center has offered 140 children between the ages of 3 and 5 a place to study. But since the rooms have reached their maximum capacity, the center was due for an extension. Happy 90th birthday, Henkel Italy! 🥳 To celebrate this epic anniversary, the Italian team created a special exhibition in the ♥️ of Milan city for employees, partners, journalists, and the public to enjoy. Walking in the streets of “Henkelville”, the visitors had the opportunity to dive into the history of our brands and products and discover how they’re part of people’s everyday life - both at home but also in the industry. 💡 A very successful exhibition experience, unforgettable for more than its 2300 visitors. 🤩

Teamwork at its best 🚶‍♀️🧑‍🦯 Our colleagues at Henkel Korea volunteered at an #inclusive marathon event for visually impaired runners. They accompanied the 5 km walking category as guide walkers, serving as the participants’ “eyes” during the race. The volunteers guided the runners along the Han River route, engaging in meaningful conversations with each other, thereby creating profound moments of connection. 🙏
